做外贸的都知道,样品寄出去之后,客户失联是常态。
不是你产品质量有问题,也不是价格不合适。很可能就是客户太忙,或者样品还在路上,或者他还没来得及给你反馈。但如果你就这么等着,这个客户基本就凉了。
分享5个我用了三年的跟进话术,不玩套路,直接上方法。
第一封:样品到达提醒(寄出后3-5天)
不要问“收到了吗”,而是直接告诉他物流信息:
Hi [Name],
Just wanted to let you know that the sample has arrived at [city]. The tracking number is [XXX].
When you get a chance to check it, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Happy to jump on a call if you have any questions.
Best, [Your Name]
第二封:礼貌催促(7-10天后)
这一封的目的是引起他的注意,而不是质问。换个角度:
Hi [Name],
I haven't heard from you since the sample arrived. Just checking in to see if everything is okay.
I know you probably have a lot on your plate. Feel free to let me know if you need more time or if there's anything else I can help with.
Best, [Your Name]
第三封:提供额外价值(14天后)
这时客户可能还在犹豫,你可以给点东西推动他做决定:
Hi [Name],
While you are evaluating the sample, I thought you might find this useful. I've attached our latest catalog with some new products that match your requirements.
Let me know if any of these interest you.
Best, [Your Name]
第四封:提问式跟进(21天后)
不要问他“考虑得怎么样了”,而是问一个具体的问题:
Hi [Name],
I wanted to check in about the sample. Quick question - did you have a chance to test it with your team?
If there are any concerns, I'm happy to arrange another sample or discuss modifications.
Best, [Your Name]
第五封:最后一次尝试(30天后)
这是最后的机会,用一个不同的角度:
Hi [Name],
I understand you might have found another supplier or the timing isn't right. I just wanted to close the loop.
If anything changes in the future, I'd be happy to revisit this. In the meantime, best of luck with your project.
Best, [Your Name]
话术要点总结:
- 不要只问“收到了吗” - 给物流信息,展示专业
- 不要频繁催促 - 每隔7-10天一次,给客户空间
- 每次跟进提供价值 - 新产品、行业信息、有用的资料
- 最后留个好印象 - 即使不成,也留条后路
跟进客户是个耐心活,急不来。但只要你的产品没问题,客户总有一天会回来的。
